We process orders within 3 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays, and it takes approximately 15 to 30 working days from shipping to receiving the goods.

To ensure the condition of the products in your order, we will recheck the products before sending out the package. Recently, our system has detected some fraudulent orders, which will result in manual checking of the order status. This will take less than five working days to check your order items. After the order is checked, your package will be sent and you should be able to view your package information through the order tracking. If you need assistance for any emergency, please contact us. 
When the goods arrive at the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs and import duties and charges. Please note that such charges and fees are borne by the consignee and vary by country.
